As you may have already heard, King County Medical Society is proud to be working with Public Health Seattle and King County on the Lead Testing Days Program: a series of lead screening events held this summer throughout King County.

We are excited to provide families with free lead testing and to increase prevention and awareness of lead poisoning, particularly among children, in our county. Here at KCMS, we have worked to create partnerships with clinics and providers in the area, however, we are still in need of volunteers.

If you are a licensed professional please consider participating in testing children’s blood lead levels. Without you, we cannot make these events possible. If you don’t have a current license you are still encouraged to volunteer to help in other areas of our testing.

Thank you for your consideration.
